About Dahlia Events & Co.

Dahlia Events & Co. began with a love of hosting and an instinct for creating spaces where people feel comfortable, connected, and genuinely present. What started as a passion for bringing gatherings to life quickly grew into a refined approach to event planning — one rooted in thoughtful design, intentional flow, and attention to the details that shape an experience.

From bridal showers and milestone celebrations to symposium-style programs and corporate gatherings, each event expanded a deep appreciation for how atmosphere, timing, and design work together. A well-planned event doesn’t just look beautiful — it feels seamless, welcoming, and natural to everyone in the room.

Today, that same design-forward mindset guides every project. Dahlia Events & Co. blends creativity with structure, ensuring each celebration is cohesive, elevated, and executed with care — so you can be fully present while every detail is thoughtfully handled behind the scenes.

How I Support Your Event

Every event is different, and the level of support can be tailored to what you need most. Whether you want guidance on the overall vision or help managing the details behind the scenes, I step in where it makes the biggest impact.

Support may include:

Overall Vision & Design Direction
Developing the aesthetic, atmosphere, and visual cohesion so the event feels intentional and beautifully aligned.

Run of Show & Timeline Planning
Creating structured timelines and flow plans — from celebration gatherings to corporate programs — so everything runs smoothly and transitions feel natural.

Vendor Coordination
Organizing communication and logistics across vendors to keep details aligned and reduce day-of stress.

Floral & Styling Support
Designing or assisting with floral arrangements and styling elements that elevate the space and tie the look together.

Event Day Structure & Oversight
Providing a calm, organized presence behind the scenes to help ensure the day unfolds as planned.

Photography-Informed Design
Bringing a photographer’s eye to layout, lighting, and visual details so your event not only feels beautiful in person but photographs beautifully too.
